Volunteer We can use your help! We hope you will take the time to volunteer at one of
our many indoor or outdoor locations. Our volunteer shifts are listed
below. Simply send us an quick email with what position and what times
you would like to volunteer and we will work to make sure that you are
signed up and ready to go. We will send you a confirmation postcard and
place a reminder call a week before New Year's Fest. We accept volunteers
up until the day before New Year’s Fest. Volunteers are an extremely important part of our event,
and as such, free admission buttons will be provided to anyone who volunteers.
In addition, you can enjoy the fine entertainment and activities while
you volunteer your time. If you have any questions, please give us a
call at 269-388-2830.

Button Checkers:
These individuals greet the people as they enter the buildings and check to
make sure that everyone is wearing a New Year's Fest button. This is typically
an "indoors" job. If you sign up early enough, this is a great
spot for a group of volunteers. Souvenir Sales:
This position is outdoors in a heated tent. We sell souvenirs and printed wear.
We will also distribute free masks that kids can decorate. Volunteers will
also help to provide information about the event. You really get to “mingle” with
people and it’s fun! Button Sales & Information:
This position is outdoors, but in a heated ticket booth. It's simple, you sell
buttons and answer questions - we have a complete notebook with ready-to-use
information. Volunteer Check-in:
You greet the volunteers and instruct them where to go for their assignments.
This is located in a heated tent in Bronson Park. Floater:
This person acts as a support person to the other volunteers and may fill in
where needed.
