NEW YEAR'S FEST
NEEDS Your Help!
Volunteers are an extremely important part of our event, and as such, free admission buttons will be provided to anyone who volunteers. In addition, you can enjoy the fine entertainment and activities while you volunteer your time.
If you have any questions, please give us a call at (269) 388-2830.
We hope you will take the time to volunteer at one of our many performance locations. Please note that for 2020, a majority of the shifts will be outside. Our volunteer shifts are listed below. Simply send us a quick email with what position and what times you would like to volunteer and we will work to make sure that you are signed up and ready to go.
We will send you a confirmation email and place a reminder call a week before New Year's Fest. We accept volunteers until mid-day on December 30th, but confirmations will be done via email or the phone.
VOLUNTEER ROLE DESCRIPTIONS!
These individuals greet the people as they enter a performance area and check to make sure that everyone is wearing a New Year's Fest button. This is typically an "indoors" job, but with the 2020 set-up, you'll more than likely be outdoors. This is a great spot for a group of volunteers that want to stick together.
You greet the volunteers and instruct them where to go for their assignments.
