Performance Passes for indoor shows!

For New Year's Fest 2020, New Year's Fest 2020 event plan is to be hybrid. This will allow New Year's Fest to be able to use both outdoor space in Bronson Park & the Kalamazoo Mall, and to also be virtual. There will be a few of our locations that will have live performers, but there will be PERFORMANCE PASSES given out to limit crowds and to track capacity numbers. There will be no entry to indoor performances if you have not signed up in advance.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

A few of our venues will still be offering indoor performance, and that will be where the online Performance Pass registration comes in. The purpose of the Performance is to aid in regulating crowd numbers, and to allow us to track attendance for each performance. It not only will keep you safe, but will also allow you to "plan" out which performances you'll be viewing and when.

We recommend arriving at the venue no later than 10 minutes before the performance to allow time for the staff volunteer to check your sign-up information. Each venue will allow you to be seated 10 minutes before your scheduled show starts. All seating is first-come, first-served basis. Registration is the only limitation we control.

Ball Drop & Fireworks

The fireworks, sponsored by AT&T will take place at the stroke of midnight.  The Ball Drop, sponsored by Biddergy, Adventure’s Learning Centers, and MacAllister Rentals will take place towards the end of the night featuring a blue lighted ball illuminating throughout downtown.  The ball drop is hoisted by

Mac Allister Rental. Both the ball drop and the fireworks are free to attend.   Remember, to attend the performances, individuals must have an admission button ($5 in advance, $10 the day of the event).
